The Residential Market Wish List

What are the key features that residential clients are seeking.  We find it is often with greater open space in mind.  More choice of accommodation seems to be an essential requirement, either being offered as loft conversions or garden rooms.  Grown children are living at home for longer, given our present economic climate, and are hence needing their own space. With the trend to be fitness conscious, a good percentage of home owners would like their own gym, and as so many people are working from home, the ability to adapt space has never been so important, either as a simple study room to perhaps something more dedicated, such as a beauty or hair salon. What other key features are becoming more common.  Cinema Rooms, Temperature Controlled Wine Cellars, and rooms dedicated to Entertaining are essential features of Prime Residential and for the general household, wet rooms and games rooms are becoming more common.  For many, the kitchen design is one of the first parts of a house to be renovated, where required, closely followed by the bathrooms and other living space.
